Our range of products includes the traditional Genoese pesto, made according to the typical Genoese recipe, Pesto without garlic, which was made to satisfy customers that have garlic allergies, Salsa di noci (walnut sauce), another classic Ligurian dressing for pasta.

In addition we also have another recipe, the Gran Pesto (normal or without garlic) where we use olive oil instead of extra virgin olive oil and we do not utilize Parmigiano Reggiano but only Grana Padano and Pecorino Romano, giving back a taste that is a slightly more sweet and delicate than the traditional Recipe.

The preparation of each product always includes high standards of quality with the purpose of giving our clients a tasty, fresh and guaranteed product.

Our products are either sold with the trademark “Il Pesto di Pra’”, or with private trademarks belonging to the retail sector for the promotion of traditional products.

EVERY PRODUCT IS FRESH AND HAS A SHELF LIFE OF 60 DAYS
