BRUSCHETTE (garlic bread) WITH MARINATED ANCHOVIES

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 24 marinated anchovies
  • 12 slices of toasted bread
  • 200 gr/ 7 oz pesto sauce in jar
  • a glass of cooking cream
  • 200 gr / 7 oz walnut sauce in jar

Steps
Cleanse and remove the bones from the anchovies, marinate with lemon, salt and extra virgin olive oil

Place garlic bread in a plate together with anchovies and add abundant pesto sauce dressing.
