Trofie with pesto, potatoes and green beans


Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 500 gr/ 1lb 2 oz trofie (short twisted pasta)
  • 100 gr/ 3 oz green beans and one potato
  • 500 gr/ 1 lb 2 oz Genoese pesto in jar
  • Salt to taste


Peel the potato and clean green beans, boil them, cook trofie in abundant salty water and add Genoese pesto, potato and green beans. Serve them with decorative fresh basil leaves.
