It’s been almost two centuries that "i Cini" (this is our ancestors family’s nickname) dedicate their time with passion and competence to the Basil’s growth.
Pra’, land of farmers and fishers, has always been famous for its terraces and its meadows (in italian language "Prati", that’s where Pra’ comes from).
In the 70s the industrialization and the construction of the port (one of the most important terminal container in the Mediterranean area) let the seafairing identity slowly disappear, while the rural one remained strong.
Pra’ Basil has become the real star of the local agriculture and thanks to its organoleptic characteristics today it’s name is worldwide known.
