4 whole wheat buns with poppy seeds
4 beef burgers made of minced lean meat
240 gr. Pesto di Pra’
8 thin slices of cheese
2 tomatoe
50 gr salad
Salt q.s.
Cover a non stick pan with baking paper and cook the 4 burgers at medium/high heat for about 7/8 minutes on both sides.
Slice the four burger buns in half, spread a little Pesto di Pra’, add salad leaves, tomatoes slices and cheese.
Place a beef burger over the other ingredients and season with plenty of Pesto di Pra’. Top the buns with the other half top and serve warm.
