Ingredients for 4 people:


  • chicken wings (4 wings/4 drumsticks)

  • butter

  • extra virgin olive oil

  • lemon juicePesto di Pra’

  • 250 gr squacquerone or soft stracchino cheese

  • salt and pepper q.s.



Brown the chicken in a pan with the same amount of oil and butter. Using a pair of tongs carefully flip the wings and continue to fry until fully cooked and golden brown. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with some drops of lemon.
In a bowl mix plenty of Pesto di Pra’ with 3 tablespoons of squacquerone ( or very soft stracchino cheese) to obtain a sauce.
Lay the chicken on a plate and garnish with plenty of pesto and squacquerone sauce.
