200 ml water
200 gr Cous Cous
150 gr Pesto di Pra’
100 gr tomatoes
100 gr mozzarella cheese
Extra virgin olive oil
oregano
salt e pepper q.s
Put Cous Cous into a bowl with some cool water. Season with extra virgin oil, salt and pepper and leave it to rest for about 5 minutes.
Wash and dry the tomatoes and cut them into four parts. Dress them with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, dry oregano and mix well. Chop mozzarella.
Fluff the cous cous with a fork.
